By communicating with Carol Reed Interior Design via text message, you are agreeing to receive recurring 1-on-1 SMS messages related to your inquiries and ongoing projects.

• Opt-In: Consent is obtained manually through direct interaction via, email, or verbal agreement during our onboarding process. We do not use automated text campaigns.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 902-356-2832. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed/removed from our contact list. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to resume again, just connect with us again as you did the first time and we will start communicating via SMS messages with you again.

• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging process you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at design@carolreeddesign.com.

• Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your project needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
